For your ongoing prayers and intercession for persecuted Christians around the world, we bring you this news from our friends at Middle East Concern (MEC). MEC is “an association of established Christian agencies and individuals advocating the human rights of the Christian communities in the Middle East and North Africa, within the general human rights context in the region.”
MEC writes:
Iranian Christians thank us for our ongoing prayers for believers in prison in their country. They rejoice that Homayoun Shokouhi was granted conditional release on 10th November but request prayer for Masoud Rezai who was summoned on 9th November to serve a five-year sentence.
…Homayoun, his wife Fariba and son Nima were among seven believers arrested in Shiraz on 8th February 2012 when their fellowship meeting was raided. An associate was also arrested at the same time in his home. In June 2012 the eight were found guilty of “attending a house-church, spreading Christianity, having contact with foreign ministries, propaganda against the regime and disrupting national security.” Homayoun and three others were sentenced to 3 years and 8 months’ imprisonment. One of these others, Mohammad-Reza, was released conditionally on 18th May 2014.

Excuse me,did not Jesus tell us to make the whole world his very own disciples.I am aware of how Islam
started, but that was the fault of Abraham’s carnal mind, not GOD’s.If Abraham had done that which God wanted him to do there would have been only one religion starting(Judiasm).Abraham let his lustful heart follow his own small mind.He wanted children,Sarai could produce no children.Sarai gave Abraham her Egyptian maid Hagar to lie with, thus she bore Ishmael who founded the religion of Islam.I will always follow the teaching of my Lord and Savior,Jesus Christ.
