It’s a sad reality but most convictional Christians only pay attention to denominational issues during times of immediate crisis.
When the PCUSA General Assembly votes to divest from Israel, everyone pays attention.
When same sex marriage is affirmed by the PCUSA, everyone pays attention.
People also pay attention when the actions of the denomination negatively affect life in their local congregation.
When your local church is barred from calling the pastor of your choice because your presbytery Committee on Ministry finds them too conservative, you pay attention.
When your local church property and financial assets are under threat of seizure by your presbytery’s Administrative Commission, you pay attention.
When your pastor is brought up on spurious ecclesiastical charges for allowing a free exchange of ideas in your church about denominational issues and affiliation, you pay attention.
That’s when you call us.
That’s when you take note of the resource databases we maintain for your ecclesiastical, legal and theological equipping.
But most people do not pay the same attention when others across the country are confronting these issues in their locale.
Most remain unaware of the continuing corrosive effect that universalism, syncretism, relativism and pluralism are having across the American Christian landscape.
Most remain ill-equipped to identify and call out error when it is preached from the pulpit of their own church.
Most remain quietly and politely seated while the Enemy advances on all fronts — not in a culture war, but in a war for the hearts and minds of those within the Church.
We’re not taking it sitting down and we’re not sitting back. We are working every day to ensure that Christians leaders remain educated and focused on these events as they unfold throughout the Presbyterian family of denominations, in 2015 and beyond.
That is why we are writing to ask you to generously support the PLC by December 31st, before 2014 comes to a close.
Your support will help ensure when you need us, we’ll be ready to answer the call for your church and others across the country.
Your support will help us post news, information, analysis and resources every day at Layman.org.

Another major difference between the two is that while PPC is a
paid form of advertising, organic search engine optimization is absolutely free.
So what are you going to put in their search box is “website optimization tips”.
I am hoping to show you that I can help you achieve top rankings in the sites like I
have for all my other clients. This mode of advertisement was faster than the earlier ones
and reached more people but it had its own limitations.
