Urgent prayer request from FOP/ECO
FROM THE LOUISVILLE OFFICE: We are receiving updates from Fellowship/ECO staff in Colorado Springs about the horror of the Waldo Canyon fire. Some in our fellowship are among those thousands who have had to be evacuated, and the situation is far from resolved.
Please be in prayer for those who are in harm’s way and those who are ministering to them, especially the police and fire fighters who are moving toward the fire as others are forced to move away. Please also understand that family needs and local ministry will be the top priority for residents in Colorado Springs, and you may experience delays in communication on Fellowship/ECO questions and concerns.

God of earthquake, wind, and fire,
tame natural forces that defy control
and shock us with their fury.
Help us trust your mercy which never ends
and claim your power which, in Jesus Christ,
stilled storms, raised the dead,
and defeated death and Hell.
Be with those in harm’s way,
and with those who minister to them
