Challenged. Inspired. Encouraged. Those are the anticipated outcomes for participants of a worldwide leadership event originating in Georgia.
Chick-fil-A will host its annual Leadercast event on Friday, May 10 at The Arena at Gwinnett Center in Duluth, Ga. The one-day leadership event will be broadcast live to hundreds of locations around the world at various sites.
A number of Presbyterian churches across the United States are serving as simulcast hosts for the event or partnering with other organizations to make it available for those interested. Some of those include Second Presbyterian Church in Bloomington, Ill.; Granada Presbyterian Church in Coral Gables, Fla.; First Presbyterian Church in Oyster Bay, N.Y.; First Presbyterian Church in Amarillo, Texas; First Presbyterian Church in Ocala, Fla.; First Presbyterian Church in Branson, Mo.; and St. Thomas Presbyterian Church in Houston, Texas.

The theme for the Chick-fil-A Leadercast this year is “Simply Lead.” Participants will be empowered with growth insights from world-renowned leaders. An estimated 140,000 leaders from around the world are expected to take part in the event, which will be simulcast to communities across the globe.
The event begins at 8 a.m. (EST) with registration and will have four sessions throughout the day starting at 9 a.m., 11 a.m., 1:30 p.m. and 3:15 p.m. There will be half-hour breaks between each session and lunch from 12:15 to 1:30 p.m. The program will conclude at 4:30 p.m.
