Former Arkansas Governor Huckabee goes to Israel once or twice a year–and has for forty years. Therefore, he knows a great deal about the people and politics of Israel and her neighbors.
This week, Gov. Huckabee traveled to Israel in order to address the Knesset, meet with government officials and discuss issues with the media and citizens alike. Yesterday he sat down with i24 news diplomatic correspondent Tal Shalev and discussed many issues of concern for Israel.
You can probably guess the reason for mentioning this here at Layman.org. In the midst of the interview, the topic of PCUSA divestment emerged.
Huckabee: “For the Presbyterian church to engage in something like this is indefensible and abominable. And it’s based on lies, misunderstanding, or maybe as one person said, “disunderstanding”, because it’s misinformation that is intentional.”
I wish we could have had more of the Governor’s perspective at the General Assembly last week in Detroit.
Here is the video (skipping directly to the PCUSA talk):

The ignorance of Dispensational Premillennialism along with the PCUSA no longer believing in the Holy Bible but self is producing rotten fruit in the Presbyterian church, and those fundamental Presbyterian bodies.
The ignorance of the significance of Israel is affecting all Christian bodies as taught in the Holy Bible has produced a nation, i.e. USA, a nation of dummies, zombies, a nation seeking to be like the world, and the Christian church is going along to get along.
God will give you what you want, but the consequences will cause one to curse the day that person was born.
Mike Huckabee:
*says “..there’s really no such thing as a Palestinian,”
*opposes a two state solution… because..
*believes Palestinians in the occupied territories should be resettled elsewhere…
Being criticized by Huckabee on the subject of Israel and the Palestinians is like being criticized by PW Botha on the subject of apartheid..
Mike Huckabee is right. It’s indefensible for the PCUSA to do this to Isreal.
