The Rev. Syngman Rhee, moderator of the 212th General Assembly (2000) of the Presbyterian Church (USA), passed away this morning (Jan. 14.)
According to the family’s web site, Rhee died “peacefully.” He had been diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer.
“Dad was filled with the Holy Spirit and deeply grateful for God’s many blessings. We thank everyone for your prayers and support,” it read.
